Deneve is a brand that is owned and operated by ACDC LLC, a limited liability company registered under the laws of the state of Delaware, USA.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

The warranty period for all Deneve products is 1 year from the purchase date.

If your purchased item either malfunctions or breaks within the warranty period, we will replace the product (or parts of the product, if applicable) at no charge as long as the defect is caused by inappropriate material or workmanship and the product was under regular use and maintenance.

The warranty only covers to one free replacement product per purchased item.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

Deneve does not provide warranties for products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Deneve products are sold exclusively by Deneve on www.denevehome.com, amazon.com, and walmart.com. Any other marketplaces, websites, companies, or individuals shall be considered unauthorized resellers.

The warranty does not cover:

• Products with signs of physical damage (including damage resulting from falling to the ground due to a strong wind)
• Products with signs of damage or failure that results from normal wear and tear
• Products with signs of damage or failure that results from adverse weather conditions
• Products with signs of cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, or dents
• Defects in appearance
• Decorative or structural items, including housing and non-operative components
• Lost products
• Modified products
• Improperly installed products
• Products with signs of impacted foreign objects, misuse, or improper storage

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

To get warranty service, contact us at support@deneve.company and include an explanation of the problem and your order details (such as your order number and the marketplace where the order was placed). 

You may be offered troubleshooting assistance first to make sure that the problem cannot be resolved. We may ask for additional information or photos/videos before we proceed with issuing a replacement.
